Inspection of Goods Upon Receipt

We recommend that customers carefully inspect the goods and compare them with invoices and delivery notes before accepting delivery.
If you authorize another person to receive the goods on your behalf, please ensure they thoroughly check the products before acceptance.

We take responsibility and comply with exchange/return policies in cases of manufacturer defects. However, other cases will not be our responsibility.

Valid Documentation

All products are accompanied by complete documentation, including:

• Delivery Note
• Payment Receipt
• VAT Invoice (if requested)

You have the right to refuse delivery if any of the above documents are missing. This ensures product authenticity and protects your rights in case of exchange or return.

Delivery Time

Delivery time may be delayed due to objective reasons such as:

• Recipient not present at the delivery location/site
• Inability to contact the recipient

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery schedule.

If you wish to modify your order (change product, cancel delivery, etc.) while it is still in transit, please notify us so we can coordinate with the delivery service efficiently.

• Free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City (depending on order value).
• For suburban or provincial areas, shipping fees will be negotiated based on order size.
• Our staff will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time and location.

3. Express Delivery Service

• For customers in other provinces, we cooperate with reputable carriers such as VNPT Post, Viettel Post, or other logistics partners.

4. Transport via Bus/Truck Services

• Suitable for customers in distant provinces who prefer specific transport providers.
• Goods will be delivered based on provided information, ensuring safety.
• Payment must be completed before or upon delivery.

Export Orders

For export orders, An Dat Plastic provides CO and CQ certificates to ensure product origin and quality compliance.
